VCA KIDS: RESPECT & DISCIPLINE

  • Mini Vikings (Ages 4-7): Our Little Warriors program focuses on developing motor skills, coordination, and basic martial arts techniques while nurturing a love for physical activity.
  • Youth Vikings (Ages 8-14): Our Big Warriors program focuses on developing advanced motor skills, enhance coordination, and instill fundamental martial arts techniques, all while fostering a passion for physical fitness and activity.
  • Youth MMA (Ages 6-13): Designed for older children, our Youth MMA classes provide a blend of Jiu Jitsu, striking, and fitness training to foster a well-rounded martial arts skill set.
